Our Founder
Established by owner and operator Jake Paull, Pelican Pro Home Services has served luxury properties in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero since 2016. As a third-generation Southwest Florida business owner and a licensed Florida realtor, Jake understands the unique needs of high-value properties, which enables him to provide tailored solutions to your specific needs.
With a background in Naval Intelligence, he brings meticulous attention to detail, operational efficiency, and a commitment to excellence to every property Pelican Pro services. His experience in high-security environments has also honed his ability to manage complex tasks with precision, ensuring that high-end homes receive the highest level of care.
The Paulls are also deeply invested in the community locally and globally through their support of at-risk Guatemalan youth with AMG International.
